Petron Corp. – Supplied and installed two (2) brand new Process Air Compressor System Package with common Air Dryer for FCCU Process Line

Coral Bay Nickel Corporation (HPAL Facility – Bataraza, Palawan) – Supply of labor & materials, spare parts for the semiannual preventive maintenance of 2 x 7.5KW, 350 BARS BAUER HP Compressor Model IK12.14-7.5-5. These high pressure compressors are used to supply high pressure air for the operation of 2 x 800KW GEHO Air Operated Diaphragm Pump for nickel processing. The high temperature (~250°C) acid pressure leaching of nickel ferrous laetrile ore is treated using hydrogen sulphide containing at least 50% nickel. This mixed sulphide is the pressure leached to give a high purity concentrated nickel-cobalt solution, suitable for solvent extraction to separate the valuable metals. The nickel and cobalt are separately reduced to metal products.

Petron Corporation – Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 x 780KW”COOPER CAMERON” Centrifugal Compressors for Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (PERTO FCC). This PetroFCC processes enables Petron refinery to convert straight-run atmospheric gas oils, vacuum gas oils, certain atmospheric residues, and heavy stocks recovered from other refinery operations into high-octane gasoline, light fuel oils and olefin-rich light gases such as propylene thus helping Petron Refinery to maximize its profitability by enabling to achieve the refining process and petrochemical objectives effectively and efficiently.

Philip Morris Philippines, Inc. – Supply of labor, materials and spare parts for the rehabilitation of one (1) unit 7.5KW BAUER High Pressure Compressor. This compressor is utilized in materials handling system for processing packaged tobacco products. The system includes a picking area where individual packages of tobacco products are picked and placed onto a transport mechanism.
